The Winnipeg Military Family Resource Centre (WMFRC) is looking to hire a registered social worker to join its team for an 18-month term position, starting November 3, 2025.

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping military families navigate the unique challenges of military life. You will work with children and youth, single individuals, couples, and families using a collaborative, client-centred approach.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering the child and family counselling services

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or a related field AND experience providing direct services in social work, counselling or a related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or a related field, AND at minimum, two years of experience providing direct services in social work, counselling or a related field

AND

Registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers required

AND

Play Therapy/Thera-play an asset

AND

Marriage and Family Therapy an asset

**TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**
