OASIS Outdoor Adventure & Sport Insurance Solutions Inc. is expanding our largest recreational insurance program into Alberta and is searching for an individual to lead the growth of our product and team. You will touch multiple facets of the business and work closely with the executive team to launch and lead our expansion.

OASIS Outdoor Adventure & Sport Insurance Solutions Inc. is a Managing General Agency that provides specialized programs to serve our broker partners across Canada. Our mission is to provide innovative outdoor adventure and sports insurance solutions to Canadians.

We specialize in two niche programs: Got Toys and Pedal Power. Our Got Toys program focuses on personal and club members’ ATVs, snowmobiles, trail bikes, dune buggies and golf carts. Our Pedal Power program provides coverage for the personal use of pedal and e-bikes, as well as business and competition use cycling.

Oasis Insurance also provides commercial insurance programs for adventure tourism, recreational clubs and associations, individual events, seasonal programs, and coverage for the development, construction, maintenance, and operation of trails on public and private land.

**About You**

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to lead the launch and growth of our Off-Road Recreational Program (Got Toys) into Alberta. This is our largest program that currently serves Canadians in 5 other provinces across Canada.

Your experience and expertise in the insurance industry will help you deliver outstanding customer service to broker partners. Your ability to educate, foster relationships and identify sales opportunities will help you thrive in this role. You are passionate about growth, which will allow you to flourish as you lead the expansion of our Got Toys program into Alberta. You will get to diversify your insurance experience, working with brokers and direct clients across Canada.

We are seeking an individual who resides in Calgary, Alberta, or the surrounding area. While the role is primarily remote, there may be some onsite training required and meetings to be attended at our office.

**What will your role look like?**
- You will be an expert in the details of the Oasis product offering.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships while liaising with brokers.
- Educate and support brokers on our product offerings and processes.
- Keep up to date on all internal and external systems used by Oasis.
- Lead and manage the expansion of our Got Toys program into Alberta.
- Follow up on accounts to resolve outstanding items.
- Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records according to company standards and policies.
- Adaptability to changing environments while balancing multiple tasks of varying depth on a day-to-day basis.
- Complete education requirements to maintain licensing.
- Ensure integrity and confidentiality of company and client information.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Holds a valid Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License (not mandatory, but preferred).
- Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation is considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Has a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry as a Broker or Underwriter.
- Experience and insurance knowledge with ATVs, Snowmobiles, Skidoos, E-bikes, etc., is considered an asset.
- Sales and business development experience would be an asset.
- Good communicator, self motivated, hard worker.
