**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and driving construction schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and overall project.
- Assist in monitoring subcontractor schedules and tasks for potential strategies to increase efficiencies, reduce schedule duration, flag conflicts, organize and plan future tasks.
- Complete general labour tasks for construction works, such as concrete patching, back framing, maintenance and repairs to temporary works, assisting trades in work setup, etc.
- Assist in accounting for and maintaining company equipment and tools assigned to the project.
- Assist in deliveries of materials to the site for which the owner is responsible.
- Implementation and enforcement of construction site health and safety.
- Operate hand tools as directed.
- Other labour duties as assigned.
- Operate telehandler and skid steer on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in construction labour tasks
- Experience with various power tools and equipment operation
- Experience in carpentry an asset
- Trade tickets an asset
- Punctual, reliable and hardworking is a must
- Experience and knowledge of construction safety and WorkSafeBC an asset
