North-Wood Group is a leading contracting company providing exceptional services to our clients.

We are looking for personable, hard-working, and physically capable person to join us as a Skilled Labourer.

Location: Kamloops

You will be reporting directly to the Owner.

**Skills Required**:

- Able to work individually and as a team
- Detail orientated with strong interpersonal skills

**Duties include**:

- Maintenance of our yard and warehouse based on production needs
- Driving 5 tonne Truck
- Safe and efficient operations of a variety of heavy equipment like backhoes, skid steers and excavators
- Performs daily safety and maintenance checks including oil fluids and greasing
- Must work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Other duties as required including, but not limited to, fielding specific projects at customer sites and assisting other team members for a clean and organized work site while ensuring process flow, safe operations, general clean up and facility maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of labourer and equipment operator experience
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving
- WHMIS experience
- Class 5 Drivers License

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during our core facility hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. You may be required to come in earlier or stay later depending on daily facility demands, work weekends and holidays.

After three months of continuous employment, you have the option to join our full Medical and Dental benefits package and RRSP matching program.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
