Dawson Civil provides a variety of construction services, as well as quality control and project management. **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
- Complete and submit daily paperwork and reports
- General labour in road construction activities
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude when working with other employees
- Organize and clean yard and other workspaces when required
- Load & unload building materials and equipment as needed
- Attend and participate in all safety meetings and abide by safety policies
- Provide daily labour support as directed
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with basic power and construction tool
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working on road construction crew an asset
- Be in good physical condition to, at times, lift items of 50 lbs.
- Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time as well as kneel
- Valid class 5 driver’s license or higher (required)
- Be available to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) with some weekends as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, to work well with others, to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
