Caregiver Program Instructor

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Applicants must meet one of the following:
and have prior teaching, training, or instructional experience (preferably with adult learners);
**or**

and have relevant teaching or facilitation experience.

Note: Instructor experience alone does not qualify as industry experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching in private training institutions or adult education settings
- Familiarity with curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and learner assessment
- Understanding of caregiver training standards and expectations in British Columbia
- Strong communication and classroom management skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-person instruction according to the approved curriculum and learning outcomes
- Support student learning, track attendance, and assess performance
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback
- Participate in meetings and annual professional development, as required

**Position Details**:

- Weekend teaching (Saturday and Sunday), minimum 8 hours per week
- Program start date: Flexible (Summer or Fall 2025)
- All teaching materials and course content will be provided
- Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
