**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating prices and terms for procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and forecast needs.
- Buy necessary materials in a timely manner to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Procure ingredients while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management processes using ERP systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, following all food safety guidelines.

**Skills**
- Strong ingredient skills in baking, with attention to detail in product quality.
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiation skills for pricing and contracts.
- Familiarity with MRP systems for inventory management.
- Proficiency in using ERP or similar supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
