Willowbrae Academy Crestmont is looking for enthusiastic, professional & energetic Early Childhood Educators to join our **Crestmont location - 40 Crestridge Common SW.**

**Qualifications**
- Level 1
- Valid Criminal Record Check w/ Vulnerable Sector check (within past 6 months)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Two professional references
- Flexible to work any shift from 7am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

- Judgement and initiative in the early identification of program needs

**Desired Attributes and Skills**
- Knowledge of Flight Curriculum Framework
- Knowledge of a variety of early childhood education philosophies, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia/emergent, and High Scope

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 9 months to 6 years old
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development and align with the program philosophy and objectives
- Take a leadership role in the classroom and provides excellent supervision and interaction with children at all times
- Strong sense of responsibility and dependability
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
