**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Data entry for customer/client invoices
- Fax distribution
- Perform general office duties
- Phone Reception duties (as needed)

**Records Management**
- Scan client records
- Prepare files for offsite storage
- Maintain record location inventory

**Clinical Support**
- Submit clinical reports on customer portals (ICBC HCPIR, WSBC Provider Portal)
- Update client record status on WSBC Provider Portal
- Referral intake coordination (as needed)

**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years' experience in an office administration role including data entry and reception
- High School graduate (required), college diploma or courses (business, accounting, healthcare administration) beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, records management processes
- Availability to work on-site in New Westminster 1 day per week (minimum)
- A home office for remote work
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident status, current Canadian Work Permit)

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience working with ICBC (HCPP/HCPIR), WorkSafeBC (Provider Portal), and Veterans Affairs Canada health care programs
- Experience with insurance healthcare billing
- Experience with ClinicMaster software
- Experience with the healthcare or rehabilitation industry in British Columbia
