**Job description**

Crescent Dental Group is currently seeking a dynamic and **experienced, part time Dental Administrator** for our Royal Vista Dental location in **Calgary, Alberta**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients upon arrival and update their personal and medical information
- Manage the day-to-day clinical schedule of the dental practice
- Insurance breakdowns
- Hygiene Coordination
- Chart Audits
- RecallMax to schedule appointments
- Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries, and work toward improving the overall patient experience
- Ensure each patient understands their treatment options, insurance coverage and benefits plans
- Collect and process payments
- Collect, review and forward payables to the Financial Department
- Other day-today duties as assigned

**Position Schedule: Part Time**

**Tuesday 4-8pm**

**Thursday 4-8pm**

**Friday 9-5 pm**

Expected hours: 16 - 23 per week
