Service Tech Floor Supervisor

This position offers a wide variety in work, taking you all over Manitoba and into many different industrial and commercial settings to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment.

Applicants should be self-motivated, organized, familiar with mechanical tools, and seek satisfaction in quality work. They should be team players able to keep the team motivated and on task, leading by example.

Responsibilities include installation of high pressure washing systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, industrial equipment, and maintaining an orderly work area. Training and supervision of multiple technicians. Motivating the team to run efficiently, follow procedures, increase productivity, and maintain high staff moral.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Must be able to work on ladders/lifts.

Must be familiar with hand/power tools.

Must be able to record job details and materials used.

Must be able to operate machinery (on-the-job training will be provided).

Must have experience with mechanical troubleshooting

Must have experience with electrical troubleshooting

Must be a team player who is self motivated and leads through example

Must have supervising experience; shop supervisor preferred

Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems.

Able to maintain a positive attitude.

Proven ability to manage your time effectively and motivate others to do the same.

Must maintain a clean work area.

**Pay**:$25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Expected hours**: 40 per week
