Surrounded by a team driven by passion, Chef Danny Beaulieu takes pride in honoring the richness of the Canadian terroir, showcasing a vision of contemporary Canadian cuisine.

Our sommelier curates a wine list designed to pair with the creations chef Beaulieu & his team brings to the table. Enhancing our approach to what we believe is an outstanding gastronomic experience.

Qualification | Requirements
- Operating the restaurant 5 days a week
- Scheduling and managing the FOH team
- Daily cash out, monthly report, managing software issues. Previous experience with Open table/Light speed/Moneris is a asset
- Keeping track of wine, liquor and FOH supplies with sommelier
- Organising events E-mail and group booking requests
- Hiring and training new FOH employees
- Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment
- Having worked in a fine dining establishment is a asset
- A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
- Bartending knowledge is required
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days / nights
- Valid Pro serve needed
