**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Support**:Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents to Health Canada and other regulatory bodies.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Support the monitoring of regulatory changes and updates, and assist in communicating these changes to relevant departments.
- **Documentation Management**: Help maintain and organize regulatory files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Promotional Planning**: Collaborate with the North American Marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product registration and marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related areas.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fundamental understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
