As an industry leader in Canada, we are proud to provide our customers with exceptional service. **Job Overview** We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented person for a full-time Sales Representative position in our Edmonton office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing company with the potential for long-term career advancement. To be successful, this position requires a friendly personality accompanied with strong communication and analytical skills. **Responsibilities**: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional sales and service - Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Represent our brand with professionalism and expertise - Negotiate sales contracts and close deals - Manage and update customer information using CRM software - Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales planning and territory management - Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment and relationships with current and potential customers - Promote and increase customer awareness of our product line and grow the sales base within the territory - Provide information regarding our products and services to inquiring customers - Perform other duties as assigned **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Others** - High School Diploma or GED required; a diploma or degree in Business, Sales or marketing would be a strong asset - Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided by the company) and the ability to drive to clients’ locations - Demonstrated sales experience (experience in window sales will be an asset) - Strong business writing and verbal communication skills, and active listening - Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals - Energetic with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure by managing multiple tasks and continuously changing priorities. - Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public - Willingness to pursue long-term cooperation with growth opportunities **Benefits** - Commission-based compensation - Career growth and development opportunities - Supportive team environment **Working Conditions** Office environment.
