**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to reconcile discrepancies between accounts.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
- Utilize accounting software Sage Quantum for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable and payable.
- Proficient in accounting software; experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
