**Job Title**: Operations Support Supervisor

**Status**: Full time, permanent

**Location**: Delta, BC

**About the Role**:
To provide leadership to Alpine Building Maintenance’s Operations Support Team, focusing on delivering positive outputs for our clients. To provide day to day leadership in Operation Support Department tasks, projects, and quality assurance initiatives.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of work order completion times and client KPI’s
- Day to day support for the Operations Support Team, for coverage during sick days, vacation, and turnover for inboxes
- Daily usage of Quality Assurance Platform to promote QA initiatives
- Completion of Client Quality Assurance Reports
- Scheduling of Operations Field Staff monthly inspections and tracking of inspection completion
- Tracking and scheduling of annual and periodic work for all client accounts
- Adhoc Alpine and client project support (primary project duties)
- Create training plans and execute training for Operation Support Administrator’s.
