**Overview**
We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our company to lead a team of commercial laundry staff. This is a hands-on position with room for growth within the group of companies. Your position of Operations Supervisor require leadership to oversee the staff and report to the Operations Manager. You must be available for weekend shifts as this business operates 7 days a week.

**Responsibilities**
- Main Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers across all departments, ensuring the efficient completion of daily operations and the achievement of performance targets.
- Develope and implemente service delivery schedules to guarantee the timely completion of customer orders while balancing workload distribution across the team.
- Ensure that quality control processes were followed across all departments to meet organizational and client standards.
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and activities.
- Develope and tracke Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, service delivery efficiency, and quality control. Took corrective actions as necessary to meet performance targets.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks, ensuring that all team members adhered to company standards and best practices for operational consistency.
- Provide leadership and direct supervision of staff, addressing performance issues, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to unsatisfactory work or service in order to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure that maintenance schedules for equipment are followed to prevent service disruptions due to equipment failure.
- Requisition supplies and materials to maintain proper inventory levels
- Conduct training for new staff and less experienced team members, ensuring consistent adherence to operational procedures and quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Problem solving skills a must.
- You must be legal work status or PR/Citizenship in Canada.
- Team player and high work ethics.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within production or operational service environments. Laundry experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective communication skills in English.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
