Ensure efficient management and control of the Warehouse operation while achieving agreed service levels and budget.

Provide effective and reliable service to customers while meeting all legal requirements.

Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to fuel business operations and customer demand.

Play a strategic role and deal with planning, coordination, administration and general management issues including the management of personnel and Area Supervisors.

**Knowledge and skills of the position**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in logistics operations.
- Experience in import-export, e-commerce
- Experience with supply chains.
- Experience in 3PL warehouses
- Interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish the Headcount necessary to develop the activities in your area.
- Supervise daily attendance, follow up on vacations, suspensions, justification of absences, unpaid leave and authorization of personnel departures during work hours.
- Monitoring and compliance with the delivery of orders that appear in the SLA (Air Table).

Strategy and Development:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of warehouses in best practices, vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to assist and improve operational performance.

General and task management:

- Represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods, incoming and outgoing goods, including the labeling of all items in stock.
- Ensure all IT and automated systems are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include design and future capacity requirements.
- Review ways to reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service records, and training and safety records.
- Budget and Financial Control:

- Enter and assume responsibility for plant cost budgets and expense proposals, as well as ensure compliance with legal requirements involved with costing.

- Help senior management ensure effective customer and business relationships by maintaining proper interface between warehouse, suppliers and customers.
- Attend daily meetings of Daily Management.
- Attend weekly Improvement meetings and provide follow-up on proposed projects.
- Create and track procedures, formats, work instructions or visual aids related to your daily activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00 per hour
