**Leader Operators** play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an **_exciting and dynamic career_** in the Automotive Industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cover daily absenteeism and PPL
- Must be able to perform all FTM duties
- Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
- Meet hourly production quotas.
- Document daily production.
- Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
- Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
- Ability to train FTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech.
- Understand and follow the Kanban system.
- Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.
- All of the duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made
