ComNav, a privately held marine autopilot and precision products manufacturer has a Product Manager opportunity for the right individual. This position is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, convergence structured plan for marine electronics / precision products and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. The Product Manager will lead Product Strategy by merging market requirements, technology trends, internal innovations, and R&D capabilities to derive product requirements. This involves liaising with sales, marketing, and service support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager will be accountable for:

- Defining the product strategy and roadmap to achieve business objectives set forth by Senior Management KPIs
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Establish and achieve product line results w.r.t. revenue growth targets, margin targets, and market share
- Propose pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Propose an overall budget to ensure product line success
- Deliver Market Requirement Document (MRDs) and Product Requirement Document (PRDs) with prioritized features & corresponding justification
- Interface with external 3rd parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Develop sales tools and collateral material
- Perform product demos to customers, buyers, and sales team and prepare press releases for sales channels
- Perform and coordinate product validation test programs
- Conduct reviews and upgrades to product manuals, quick set up guides & product presentations
- Develop training programs to material preparation to conduct webinar for global sales network
- Ensure all product and solution strategies additionally _embrace next generational advanced innovation, automation, and navigational assistance functionality_

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development, or product marketing management; Product Management certification will be recognized as a plus.
- 5+ years experience in the field of GNSS, Technology, Sensors, Machine control, Radar, Lidar, or Marine market
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree of Science in a related field, ideally in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Must have strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Proven background, planning and executing through the product cycle by providing at least one sample of effective product management delivered in the past
- Computer productivity software literate
