**Job Type**:Full-time (6 mo. contract, mat leave)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize reception and office area, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Empty garbage receptacles and replenishes soap, and toiletries.
- Washes dishes, utensils, kitchen gadgets, and appliances.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, ensuring they are free of debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and safely.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Reports maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Participate in training and development opportunities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs from time to time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Pay**: $ 17.20 per hour
