Data entry assistant

- Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
- Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
- Respond to the customer’s enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
- Perform duties such as taking samples and evaluating
- Maintain records files are updated
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma required
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Must have 1+ years data entry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Enjoy new challenges and working in a fast-paced busy environment

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Data Entry Assistant Assessor. You will be primarily responsible for keeping the company database up-to-date. Moreover, you should be able to gather required documents from clients and verify their authenticity. Data Entry Assistant can come from all various backgrounds including, data entry clerk, telemarketing, customer support, Customer Service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call facility, part-time, retail, Warehouse or customer service representative
