We are looking for a dynamic, business-minded **Paralegal** who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We'll look to you to help draft and review contracts (MSA's, SOW's, Talent Agreements) for all areas of our business. Reporting directly to our VP, Business Affairs, you'll join our growing legal team and support Viral Nation as we continue to scale.

**What you'll do here**

  • Reviewing and drafting talent agreements, scopes of work, and other contracts between clients, talent, and suppliers;
  • Assisting with legal research on various topics, including contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy;
  • Maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
  • Communicating with clients, talent, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding legal matters;
  • Identifying legal issues that may arise in the course of the company's operations; and
  • Assisting the legal team with day-to-day legal tasks.

**You'll need to have**

  • Paralegal diploma is preferred
  • Familiarity with business and experience in digital media, talent management, or influencer marketing is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
