Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist Lawyers in preparing legal documents, conducting research, Consultation and maintaining case files.
Duties
- Communicate with clients professionally
- Drafting and Representation: Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents related to traffic tickets, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and real estate law. Handle legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and organized documentation.
- File and Deadline Management: Maintain and organize client files to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly, while proactively keeping clients informed on case progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Relevant paralegal experience preferred: Traffic Ticket, Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), Real Estate Law
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and document drafting experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time position
- Annual base salary plus commission structure
