The Facilities Manager will oversee all maintenance for Orchard Park properties and equipment. Areas of this role include but are not limited to: production lines and systems, contractors, residential properties, vehicles, security and general greenhouse facilities.

**Outcome Expectations**: The facilities and equipment of Orchard Park Growers are running smoothly, resulting in maximum quality and efficiency.

**Areas of Job Role**:

- Understand all Orchard Park Systems (ie. heating, irrigation, etc) at home facility, as well as greenhouse rental properties
- Manage general maintenance for all rental houses
- Maintaining and Fixing equipment, engaging contractors as needed
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance program
- Responsible for Orchard Park vehicles, ensuring they are maintained as per schedule and need
- Overview security of all Orchard Park properties
- Organization of maintenance tools and equipment
- Assist with local deliveries
- Working alongside team members in all aspects of Orchard Park production

Wage is dependent on experience.
