Job Title: Entertainment Attendant Facility & Hotel Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Facilities Manager

**Job Type**: 3-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Entertainment Facility Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of high-tech bowling pinsetters, arcade machines, and laser tag equipment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working conditions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Working with vendors and technical support as required for more complex repairs or replacements.
- Hotel General Maintenance
- Complete light maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and HVAC adjustments.
- Assist in maintaining common hotels areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Gather and communicate maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager to support proactive repairs and preventative maintenance planning.
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the hotel and entertainment facilities.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safe handling procedures and emergency response actions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certifications or training in maintenance-related fields are an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn entertainment-specific equipment (bowling pinsetters, arcade machines, etc.)
- Light maintenance experience, hotel experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the facility's operational hours.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move up to 45lbs.
- Comfortable working in a louder environment, especially during peak operational hours.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
