- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed.

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and report generation.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.29-$23.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
