The lead landscaper will be responsible for leading a small team of landscapers and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute landscape construction projects according to design plans and specifications.
- Perform various manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and leveling.
- Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools.
- Assist in the planting and installation of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Ensure proper soil preparation, including amending soil, adding mulch, and preparing planting beds.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, using proper protective equipment and practicing safe work habits.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret design plans and specifications accurately.
- Proven leadership skills that results in safety, productivity, quality and a team culture
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with installing and maintaining irrigation systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
