Red Door Landscape Services Ltd. is looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Maintenance Crew Team Lead.
- Minimum 3 years experience in garden maintenance
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership or supervisor role.
- Class 5 License with a good driving record
- Minimum 1-year trailer-driving experience

Job duties include:

- Managing the safety, quality, & productivity crews while on site.
- Supervise, coordinate a crew of 2-3 employees
- Efficiently operate various tools and equipment including driving a trailer, zero-turn mower, power line-trimmer, leaf blower, lawn mower etc.
- Train new hires on the efficient use of equipment.
- Coordination with other teams to efficiently maintain all properties, including helping to weed, prune, hedge trim and cleanup sites.
- Complete and submit project records on a daily basis including time and materials summary, expenses, equipment use etc.
- Within your team maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned company vehicles, machinery and job sites.
- NOTE: All maintenance equipment is electric.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
