For more information about Modine, visit www.modine.com.Position DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle hiring of hourly and skilled trades employees in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. This role manages sourcing, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination while maintaining accurate data across SAP SuccessFactors and Payworks. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and production supervisors to meet weekly staffing needs and ensure a smooth, organized, and positive candidate and new‑hire experience.This is a 1-year contract positionKey ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and skilled trades roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer preparationFacilitate weekly onboarding for new hires, including HR Orientation, new-hire communications, and stakeholder reportingMaintain accurate candidate and employee data within SAP SuccessFactors, including requisitions, workflows, pending hires, and onboarding tasksCreate employee profiles, upload onboarding documents, and support payroll setup in Payworks, including biometric enrollmentMaintain and reconcile hiring and onboarding trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updatesCoordinate and book interviews, respond to candidate inquiries, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding processPrepare new-hire files, employment documentation, and other HR administrative tasks such as employment verifications and PAF processingMonitor onboarding tasks assigned to hiring managers and follow up to ensure timely completionRequired Education & QualificationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in high-volume or industrial/manufacturing settingsStrong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skillsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Payworks is an assetExcellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentationStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindsetAbility to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsModine is an equal opportunity employer.
