We also hold many **fun company events** throughout the year to facilitate a positive atmosphere. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER** In this project management position, you are responsible for leading each project our company works on from contract to construction, efficiently ensuring that the endeavor progresses through construction drawings, professional reviews, and permitting. Always service-oriented, you meet with our clients to review ongoing projects and make sure that all expectations are met. Additionally, you manage every contract, attain required permits and approvals, and accurately maintain drawings and plans. Organized and efficient, you continually track and control construction costs to avoid cost overruns and make sure job site safety standards are always followed. An excellent communicator, you keep the lines of communication open between our clients and site supervisors, thoroughly addressing any customer concerns and ensuring success. **You get great satisfaction from knowing your leadership helps our company continue to succeed** **QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER** - Project management experience - Degree in construction, engineering, planning, architecture, or business management **OR** 10+ years in the construction industry - Extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans - Ability to manage expenditures of significant amounts of money - Strong negotiating skills and closing abilities - Valid driver's license and a good driving record **ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?** So, what do you think?
