In support of their business, we are looking for a high energy person as a full time Sales and Business Coach. As part of the leadership team, you will be a positive influence on entrepreneurs and the brokerage business as we look to achieve our goals together.

skills:

- A successful track record in Business Coaching using proven coaching systems.
- Create customized coaching plans that nurture each persons unique abilities in achieving their goals.
- Coach on Revenue Generation including scripting, objection handing, value based relationship building, needs analysis and other sales techniques.
- Train on how technology can propel them forward including CRM and other organizational and communication tools.
- Utilize Personality Assessments in support of each persons strengths and developing skills around blind spots as you support them in personal and professional development.
- Prepare, analyze and interpret data including industry and individual statistics.
- Create an environment of personal accountability and take a stand for each persons goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and industry leaders on new technologies, systems, strategies to be an innovator in our field.
- Attract and bring in new coaching clients and independent contractors to join the company.
- Share our success stories, opportunities, and value through social media. Being on camera is part of our social media content development.
- Is comfortable in public speaking, working with large groups and leading masterminds.
- Is coachable themselves and is focused on personal and professional development so they can in turn deliver the highest coaching experience to others.
- Is High Minded and strong in Problem Solving and Issue Resolution.
- Bring positive energy to our meetings, socials and charity events. They bring the fun

This is an in office-based opportunity located out of our Hamilton Brokerage with time spent in our St. Catharines and Fort Erie centres.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
