We are a fast-growing commercial automotive dealership specializing in sales, leasing, and upfitting of work-ready vehicles for trade professionals and fleet clients

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and solutions-focused **Outside Sales & Leasing Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with small and mid-sized business owners, contractors, and fleet managers by offering tailored leasing and purchase options for commercial vehicles. You’ll represent a trusted brand with a full-service offering that includes vehicle sales, leasing, financing, upfitting, graphics, and aftersales support and service.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities include**:
Prospecting & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Client Consultation:
Assess client needs and propose suitable vehicle and leasing solutions (e.g., cargo vans, cube vans, trucks, service bodies, etc.).

Sales Process Management:
Territory Coverage:
Travel within your designated territory to meet clients, attend trade events, and follow up on leads.

CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate client records in CRM, track pipeline progress, and report on activities and goals.

**Qualifications**:
Proven track record in outside B2B sales, ideally in automotive, leasing, or equipment sales

Knowledge of commercial vehicles and/or fleet operations is a strong asset

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and consultative sales approach

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable with CRM tools, quoting software, and basic computer skills

OMVIC license
