**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers when entering the store.
- Take orders accurately and write down important information in assigned book.
- Prepare orders by checking stock first then placing orders as needed.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accuratly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Creating and maintaining return including all RGA.
- Upsell specific items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Answering the phone immediately.
- Helping walk in customers in a timely manner.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering practices and basic skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of automotive experience and practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Having confidence, being friendly and outgoing are needed, and very much a bonus.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
