The enthusiastic Parts Counter Person is an important liaison between the Corporate Warehouse, Parts Department and the Toromont Cat customers providing hands on support to the Parts Counter Teams in our branch.

**Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do**:

- Monitor WMS and DBS to ensure orders are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by locating customer orders stored in the warehouse and in the customer pick up area.
- Coordinate arrangements for large orders to be loaded on the lift truck in a timely manner
- Proactively clean all inventory shelving and loading docks to maximize use of area
- Coordinate all transfers and returned core items in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive and process returned parts in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with customer inquiries as requested and ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Currently enrolled or enrolling Post-Secondary Education or full-time High School senior
- Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
- Customer centric and organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Team player and self-starter with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptable to consistently changing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Computer literate with proficiencies in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible, willing and able to work rotations and on call hours in support of the business needs
