HiMama is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team as we pursue rapid expansion across North America and abroad. In this role, you will be helping HiMama’s amazing customers realize even more value from their usage of our products, and support them in being the most loyal and supportive community in Early Childhood Education.

The Marketing Team: *

Fresh off a groundbreaking $70M Series B fundraise, we are looking for a demand generation marketer to lead a team to fuel our funnel, accelerate awareness, ideate and test new growth strategies, and optimize performance. Reporting directly to the Director, Demand Generation you'll be a critical leader in the marketing team, be in the driver’s seat to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, strategize on how to grow and optimize our lead funnel and be one of the critical owners of revenue growth for all things inbound. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions across the business, and to lead and bring complex projects to fruition. You will join a talented team that is motivated, knowledgeable and care deeply about the HiMama brand, customers and partners.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Leading communications to customers around HiMama launches, updates, and new initiatives. Playing a leading role in promoting events, education and other opportunities to engage with the HiMama community
- Working with Customer Success to identify target accounts based on engagement, usage, and product opportunities
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to educate and promote additional features and products to existing customers
- Working cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to design onboarding and ongoing account management programs
- Monitoring the performance of customer marketing programs, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies to improve journeys and campaigns
- Being Marketing’s expert on our customers and advocates. Developing and implementing creative Customer Marketing programs to celebrate our customers
- Arming Customer teams with the offers, messaging, and initiatives they need to accelerate upsell pipeline
- Leading user testing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization efforts for various customer initiatives
- Supporting targets for Marketing-generated upsell and cross-sell revenue

**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ years of experience with common B2B Marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
- Creative thinker who likes to design out-of-the-box ideas and bring exciting programs to life
- Experience working cross-functionally alongside a talented team of growth marketers, content marketers, designers, engineers, and more

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with data analysis in order to drive business decisions
