Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Location: Toronto, CA (Remote)
Duration: 12-month contract
About the Role:
We're looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead customer-centric marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our customer base.
You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Services to deliver impactful customer communications, campaigns, and programs that bring our marketing vision to life.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute customer marketing programs and campaigns.
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Build and manage customer segmentation based on personas, behavior, and preferences.
- Lead customer events, webinars, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Product to communicate new features and gather customer feedback.
- Analyze program performance using data and insights to optimize results.
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer insights.
- Support additional initiatives as needed; willingness to travel.
What We're Looking:
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Field/Event Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, intent data.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Demand base,
- Customer-first mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Bias for action and comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving team.
