Pureform Radiology is a boutique provider of community based Diagnostic Imaging services in Calgary and Airdrie. We currently provide X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Mineral Densitometry, Pain Management Injections including Fluoroscopy (Airdrie & Macleod location only) and Ultrasound Guided injections, and Biopsies.

We work with over fourteen Radiologists to provide a range of sub-specialties including: General Imaging, MSK, Intervention, Breast Imaging, Specialty Pediatrics and more.

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Start Date**: October 2025
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

As part of the Booking Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients calling to arrange diagnostic imaging appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact through patient care and communication.

**What You’ll Do**
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls and manage outbound follow-ups using scheduling software.
- Book appointments across multiple clinic locations.
- Provide patients with preparation instructions and clinic information.
- Schedule specialized services such as cortisone injections, PRP therapy, biopsies, and fine needle aspirations.
- Communicate with empathy, addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Record accurate details in the EMR and scheduling systems.
- Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to coordinate care.
- Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Meet established KPIs, including call handling metrics.
- Stay current with internal training, system updates, and scheduling protocols.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education**: High school diploma required; Medical Office Certificate or related training is an asset.

**Experience**: At least 2 years in medical booking, administration, or a related clerical role.

**Skills**:

- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, scheduling systems).
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
- Multitasking ability under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Professionalism and adaptability when handling sensitive patient interactions.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

**Other**: Reliable transportation to the Calgary head office.
