**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct guided tours of designated sites, delivering informative and entertaining narratives.
- Engage with guests by answering questions and providing insights about the location's history and significance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour times while allowing for guest interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Continuously educate oneself on new information or changes related to the tour content.
- Promote a positive image of the organization while providing exceptional customer service.

**Skills**
- Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with groups of varying sizes.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities, particularly in French and Spanish, are considered an asset, as they enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
- Strong time management skills to maintain schedule adherence during tours.
- A passion for educating others about local history, culture, or attractions.
- Leadership qualities to confidently guide groups and manage any unexpected situations that may arise.
- Driving License Class 4.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
