**Requirements**:

- **You must be a go-getter**
- **You’re a self starter, driven, and you absolutely LOVE working with clients every single day**
- **You must also have honesty and integrity, and be focused on getting results for your clients.**
- **Location - Greater Vancouver Area, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley**
- **Must have Real Estate License in BC or working towards obtaining**

**Who this is NOT for**
- **Failed agents**unable to make a living or not willing to put in an effort. If you’re serious about building a business and willing work, this program will work for you.
- Amateur agents looking for a quick **shortcut to success.**
- Unethical agents who will **“do or say anything”**to make a sale.
