In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with the Superintendent to ensure the project's success. You'll be involved in everything from analyzing plans to managing crews and forging strong connections with clients, contractors, and suppliers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in multitasking, and are a master communicator, then this is the role for you With a minimum of 3 years of experience in field coordination within the oil and gas sector, proficiency in Windows and MS Office, and a commitment to excellence, you're ready to take on this challenge.

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintain a strong field presence to ensure work is being done safely and correctly.
- Assist in plan and spec analysis to provide clear and coordinated interpretations of design/drawings for construction. Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, track responses, and inform the Maintenance Planner of the status.
- Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes. Monitor receiving, warehousing functions, and material control.
- Build effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support core company values.

**Does this sound like you?**
- 3+ years of supervision experience.
- Oil and gas industrial experience preferred.
- Valid G driver's license.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, timelines, and time management techniques.
- Professional demeanor under stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills at all levels and the ability to build relationships.
- Capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
