Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Part-Time, Full-Time reliable and motivated Floral Assistant to join our growing Clippings team

As an Assistant, you will support various designers and perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our floral and decorating department.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Contacting potential clients for their floral and decor needs
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes and contracts to clients as well as closing business
- Managing social media accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, floral supplies and rentals
- Stay up to date on current floral trends and service standards

**What you'll bring to the Team**:

- Proficient computer skills
- Familiar with managing social media accounts
- Previous experience with working in a floral environment an asset
- Knowledge of flowers an asset
- Previous work in wedding and social events
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales skills to promote products or services to potential customers
