Customer Experience Specialist

Additionally, you will work closely with the Service Organization Manager to assist with data entry and filing of homeowner files.
In this role, you will:
- Direct customers to the websites and information on the current rebates applicable specific to their home efficiency needs and budget
- Booking assessments and managing Energy Advisor Calendars
- Track all calls, issues, and solutions
- Report reoccurring issues and work closely with Management personnel to ensure the greatest experience for our customers
- Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented

GETS Energy
Service Organization Administration
- Data entry, organization, and the submission of files through the Canada
Greener Homes Portal on behalf of GETS Energy on time.
- Track issues and report concerns to the Service Organization Manager
Customer Experience Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 is an asset
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is an asset
Expectations
- Develop fluency with the federal, municipal, and provincial rebates as well as the Canada Greener Homes Loan and the processes to obtain them
- Develop effective working relationships with the Management team and Energy Advisors.
