**The Role** We are currently searching for a **Supervisor, Operations** reporting to the **DC Manager, London**. This is a **Full-Time Permanent **opportunity**.** In this role you will need to be available for all shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights) Monday through Sunday. **Location**: Kitchener Cross Dock **Who We Are** Becoming experts on beer doesn't happen overnight - we've been in business since 1927 and we’ve established ourselves as the leading retailer and distribution channel for beer in Ontario. Join us to continue to create a fun and genuine work culture that really feels like your second family **What You’ll Be Doing** - Supervise the shift activities within a busy unionized warehouse environment - Training of new and existing employees and performance management - Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met - Ensure the company’s Health and Safety, Operational and Budgetary efficiencies are met - Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service - Other responsibilities involve Inventory, Fleet and Warehouse Management, Quality Control, SOX and Audit compliance - Perform other related duties and projects as assigned **Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience** - A post-secondary education - A minimum of 3 - 5 years of operations experience - Previous experience in a unionized environment a strong asset - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion - Proven leadership ability to effectively manage the team of direct reports - Above average communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point - Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ministry of Transportation and WSIB regulations would be an asset - The availability to work all shifts in a 24-hour operation is necessary to succeed in this role **Application Deadline: ASAP** **Equal Opportunity Employer** We are committed to providing a respectful and empowering workplace that values our greatest resource, our people.
