**REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION**:

- Experience with working around large equipment
- Knowledge of hand signals/ spotter experience
- Ability to run hand power tools
- Physical strength and durability for all weather conditions
- Experience in earth works
- Soil compacting, moving rock or gravel
- Deep Excavation experience
- Experience working around contaminated soils
- Remediation / excavation
- The ability to Install manholes, catch basins, lawn basins, and other pre-cast structures
- Complete understanding of typical industry-standard safe working procedures, especially around trenches and heavy equipment
- Understanding of MMCD, supplementary specifications and typical civil testing requirements
