Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clerical support in the office by answering phones, scanning documents, copying, and distributing documents.
- Supply administrative support to executives.
- Assist with meetings and provide administrative support to executives.
- Participate in meetings with management to help plan future initiatives.
- Learn about new software programs for research.
- Take notes in meetings.
- Work with a team to organize events.
- Keep track of tasks coordinated by the team.
- Maintain schedules and agendas for meetings.
- Work with network administrators to maintain information systems.
