We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented** Scheduling Coordinator** to join our Operations team. In this vital role, you’ll **coordinate appointment bookings** across distribution centers, **track and manage shipments**, and keep all logistics records meticulously organized. **What You’ll be Accountable For**:
**Appointment Booking & Communication**
- Book and manage appointments into distribution centers, following set procedures
- Maintain regular communication with DC appointment booking teams
- Coordinate line haul delivery schedules to meet purchase order (PO) due dates
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and escalate conflicts when necessary

**Shipment Tracking & ETA Management**
- Track line hauls, rail, and road shipments across multiple regions
- Record and communicate changes to estimated arrival times (ETAs) to stakeholders
- Update and input delay codes in the system, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date, organized records of all tracking information

**Process Support & Team Coordination**
- Follow established processes for efficient appointment management
- Work closely with carriers and internal teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with data collection and reporting for performance measurement

**What You’ll Need**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
- 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar setting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and preferably Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
