**Position: Account Services Representative**

You are fun and easygoing, but not at the cost of focus and motivation. You are comfortable with both working alone, as well as working in team-based settings. **_Required Qualifications:_**
- Tech savvy with a can-do attitude is a must
- Precision: detail-oriented in everything you do because the details do matter.
- Quality: capable of producing high-quality work through excellent customer service
- Timeliness: our clients time is important, so you must be efficient and effective with all correspondence
- Impeccable organizational skills

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
- Microsoft Office familiarity (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Basic computer operation
- Customer service experience (any kind, service or office based)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) familiarity (not necessary, but a huge bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$45,000.00 per year
