We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience with project management and CRM tools. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer accounts using CRM systems like Salesforce to track interactions and update account information accurately
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support to foster long-term relationships
  • Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery
  • Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks and communicating updates across teams
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting purposes
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service quality

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, financial services, or marketing industries is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and account management
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
  • Familiarity with analysis tools and software relevant to customer service metrics is a plus
