**JOB SUMMARY**:
The **Quality Assurance Analyst** coordinates all activities associated with the Cost of Quality system

**JOB TASKS**:

- Monitors all Costs of Quality/Notification activities
- Assigns responsibility for nonconformance investigations to applicable managers or supervisors
- Verifies investigations of internal and external notifications
- Allocates disposition activities for notifications
- Develops and distributes Cost of Quality/Notification reports
- Allocates coding for Cost of Quality/Notifications
- Applies quality inspections as required
- Weekly updates to Tableau
- Generates all Vendor quality notifications

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must have good time-management and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively
- Must have a demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; detail-oriented
- Must have proven strong mathematical skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills (people skills)

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Secondary school (High School) diploma, or equivalent

**PREFFERED**:

- College Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in the flexographic printing industry or any other manufacturing sector related.
- Working knowledge of SAP
